Jake joined BluEdge Group at Illustrated Properties after more than a decade building brands, negotiating high-value partnerships, and developing relationships across the luxury, sport, media, and lifestyle industries.

Before entering real estate, Jake was the former Co-Owner and Vice President of BlacktipH Fishing, one of the largest fishing and outdoor media brands in the world. During his tenure, he helped grow BlacktipH into a global platform reaching millions of people, while leading brand strategy, product development, business development, and major commercial partnerships. Jake personally originated and negotiated relationships with companies including Under Armour, Pure Fishing, Mustad, BioSteel, and other industry leaders, while helping build BlacktipH's apparel and fishing gear business into a wholesale operation servicing retailers around the world.

That experience translates naturally into real estate.

Jake understands how to negotiate, how to market, how to build relationships, and—most importantly—how to protect his clients' interests when significant money is on the line. He approaches every transaction with the same preparation, urgency, and attention to detail that helped him navigate complex partnerships throughout his career.

Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Jake works with buyers, sellers, investors, entrepreneurs, athletes, and families throughout South Florida. Whether a client is searching for a waterfront estate, relocating to Palm Beach County, purchasing inside one of the area's private golf communities, acquiring an investment property, or preparing a home for market, Jake focuses on making the process strategic, straightforward, and highly personalized.

His background also gives his clients something difficult to replicate: an extensive network built across business, media, luxury, boating, fishing, and the South Florida lifestyle. Jake believes the best real estate opportunities don't always begin with a listing—they often begin with a relationship.

Originally from Canada and now a Palm Beach Gardens resident, Jake has built his life around South Florida and understands why so many people want to do the same. When he's not working with clients, you'll usually find him somewhere near the water, on the golf course, talking watches and cars, or building new relationships. And, of course, always making sure his Mini Goldendoodle, Tucker, gets plenty of attention.
